Check-in from anywhere, 24 hours to 90 minutes prior to your flight schedule departure time.
All you need is an internet ready computer and a printer!
Change your seat and update your Enrich number easily. You can also check-in for connecting and return flight segments.
Who are eligible to use Web Check-in?
If your travel originates from Limbang, Mulu or Lahad Datu*, and if you are a passenger travelling alone or in a party of nine (9) excluding infant, holding an eTicket with a confirmed booking.

Before you check-in
Please bring your valid passport, MyKad or Birth Certificate (for children below 12 years old)
After Check-in
Bring along your printed boarding pass to the airport. All the information you need will be on that A4 sized paper.
