Rosmah fetes 23 top UPSR students from rural Sabah and Sarawak

Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor, wife of the Prime Minister, yesterday feted 23 top UPSR students from the rural areas of Sabah and Sarawak to high tea at Seri Perdana, the official residence of the prime minister.

The event, carrying the theme 'Our Children, Our Future' was part of the MASwings Wings of Love community service involving a five-day/four-night educational trip to Peninsular Malaysia sponsored by MASwings, a wholly-owned subsidiary of national carrier Malaysia Airlines.

The students were accompanied to the Seri Perdana reception by 10 teachers from their schools as well as staff of both Malaysia Airlines and MASwings headed by MASwings CEO Datuk Capt Mohd Nawawi Awang.

"I thank Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor, as patron of Permata which has the same vision and intent as our CSR objective, for graciously hosting this event," said Mohd Nawawi in his speech.
