MASWINGS Offers Discounted Airfares During MALAYSIA AIRLINES TRAVEL FAIR 2011
MASwings, wholly owned subsidiary of Malaysia Airlines, is participating in the Malaysia Airlines Travel Fair (MATF) 2011 virtual sales offering discounted airfares for travel on its network within East Malaysia.
Head of Commercial MASwings Azlan Awang Tanjong said, “We are promoting all inclusive fares special deals, offering 250,000 seats, for travel on our network within East Malaysia”.
“MASwings participation in MATF sales is to showcase our appreciation to the people of Sabah and Sarawak who have been very supportive to the airline, through offering value-for-money deals. With these affordable offers, we also wish to encourage tourists from West Malaysia to explore the wonders of the rainforests and the beauty of the islands in Borneo.” Azlan added.
Customers can enjoy all inclusive fares from as low as RM63 to RM93. All promotional airfares are for one way economy class travel on MASwings which is inclusive of airport tax, insurance and other surcharges.
The 8 days MATF sales will begin from 21-28 February 2011 for travel period from 23 February to 19 August 2011. Tickets can be purchased from MASwings and Malaysia Airlines ticket offices and Call Centre in Malaysia as well as MASwings website at www.maswings.com.my.
In addition, customers also have the opportunity to transact the MASwings’ value for money deals through Malaysia Airlines appointed travel agents.
This promotional ticket is non-refundable, non-reroutable, non-endorsable, and not applicable during peak period, seat is subject to availability. The fare is also applicable for reverse directional.
The MASwings online booking engine currently offers fares that are 15-35% lower than those offered through the traditional distribution channels.
During the MATF, customers get to enjoy further discount on these already discounted online airfares.
