MASwings New Year Promotion
Kuching/Kota Kinabalu: To celebrate the New Year with its valued customers, MASwings is offering promotional airfares which are saleable online effective immediately till 15 January 2010 with fares as low as RM36 to RM99 on all MASwings ATR72-500 and F50 flights as part of its New Year promotion.
Attractive offers, up to 70% discount off the current market fares, will be made available during this promotional period for travel through 1 February 2010 up to end March 2010, except certain blackout periods. To enjoy the offer, bookings need to be made 5 days in advance.
Among routes included are from Kota Kinabalu to Lahad Datu, Bintulu, Mulu, Labuan, Sandakan, Sibu, Tawau, Miri and Kuching, from Miri to Bintulu, Mulu, Sibu, Limbang and Labuan as well as from Kuching to Bintulu, Sibu, Miri and Mulu.
MASwings will offer more than 100,000 seats during the promotion on these selected routes. Passengers may purchase tickets through MASwings website, Malaysia Airlines website, Malaysia Airlines ticket offices and call centres in Malaysia only.
MASwings Acting Head of Commercial, Encik Azlan A. Tanjong said, “The new year value for money deal is offered to demonstrate our appreciation to the people of Sabah and Sarawak who have been very supportive to the airline”.
“We are also offering discounted fares from 30% - 40% for purchase through our ticketing offices, call centres and Malaysia Airlines Travel Agents. In addition, customers also have the opportunity to transact the MASwings’ value for money deals with greater discounts from 60% - 70% through its website”, said Azlan.
He added, “ We are dynamically offering various discounted air fares to ensure that customers will benefit from low fares, and to simulate travel. All the best deals will always be available online, and I encourage consumers to check our website or Malaysia Airlines website before they buy any air ticket.”
