MASwings Enhances Passenger Services Online
MIRI: Travelers can now log on to MASwings website for new and enhanced services with the introduction of 24-Hour Online Booking, Web Check-in and Travel Insurance.
MASwings online booking facility now caters to the need of last minute travelers where bookings can be made online up to 24 hours before flight departure. Previously, the website only limited for bookings made at least 48 hours before the flight.
Also in line with the objective of providing passengers with easy and hassle free travel, MASwings introduced Web Check-in. Travelers can now check-in anywhere at their own convenience and comfort. Boarding pass can be printed from the web upon check-in and must be carried along to the airport. The online check-in facility can be utilized between 90 minutes to 24hours prior to flight departure.
MASwings is also providing value-added service online. Not only travelers can book and check-in online, they can now secure their travel insurance through MASwings website.

MASwings commenced its operations on October 1 2007, offers 660 weekly flights, which serves a network of 22 destinations in Sarawak and Sabah as well as the Federal Territory of Labuan.
