MASwings Introduced Maybank2u.com Direct Debit Facility

Miri: MASwings, a wholly owned subsidiary of Malaysia Airlines, today introduced Maybank2u.com direct debit facility as a new payment method on its website maswings.com.my.

With the successful cutover to Maybank2u.com, customers who purchase online MASwings website have a choice to make payment either via credit card or direct debit facility. The direct debit facility is available for customers who subscribe to Maybank2u.com banking service only.

To enjoy the direct debit facility, customer after making flight reservation online, will be directed to Maybank2u.com to make payment. Upon successful payment, a Passenger Electronic Ticket will be emailed to the customer.

Dr. Amin Khan said, “The introduction of Maybank2u.com direct debit, as an additional payment method, is part of our effort to continuously enhance our online booking facility. Customers without credit card can now start to enjoy our lowest fare which is available online only and to benefit from the convenience of online booking.”

“Following the implementation with Maybank2u.com, MASwings will be offering similar facility to CIMB customers through CIMBClick by end of this month.” he added.

MASwings commenced its operations on October 1 2007, offers 660 weekly flights, which serves a network of 22 destinations in Sarawak and Sabah as well as the Federal Territory of Labuan. It currently has a fleet of 7 Fokker 50 and 5 Twin Otter aircraft.
