Due to a system glitch, Malaysia Airlines' subsidiary, MASwings, charged incorrect fuel and miscellaneous charges for tickets issued from last Friday till Tuesday, 9th October 2007.
The glitch has since then been identified, isolated and rectified by yesterday and MASwings is now arranging to refund the difference between the correct charges and the actual collection.
Passengers who transacted with MASwings from 5th to 9th October 2007 can claim their refunds from any Malaysia Airlines ticket office or from the travel agents where they purchased their tickets.
MASwings apologises to all its customers for the inconvenience caused.
