Charter Services
Introduction on chartered services provided by MASwings.
In order to provide hassle free services to the passenger, glad fully MASwings is
currently offering charter services for our passenger convenience.
These services are provided in Sabah and Sarawak for ATR72-500 and Twin Otter.
ATR72-500 Sectors
Valid on MASwings ATR72-500 sectors only
Maximum
60 passengers for normal load. (Additional passengers will be subjected to payload
restrictions by sectors only if it is applicable)
TWIN OTTER Sectors
Valid on MASwings Twin Otter sectors only.
Maximum
19 passengers for normal load. (Additional passengers will be subject to payload
restrictions by sectors only if it is applicable.)

• Miri to Mulu
• Miri to Layang-Layang
Passenger Charter-Twin Otter Sectors
Valid on MASwings Twin Otter sectors only.
Maximum
19 passengers for normal load (Additional passengers will be subjected to payload
restrictions by sectors if it is applicable.)
Example of Destinations
• Miri to Mukah
• Miri to Marudi
Other terms
• The form must be submitted 15 days before departure.
• The request form must be approved 14 days before departure.
• The approved quotation plus the charterer details must be submitted 13 days before
the departure date.
• The draft agreement will be finalized 11 to 13 days before the departure.
• The charter quotation must be submitted to client together with the contract services
10 days before departure.
• The charter quotation contract must be signed and 10% non-refundable deposit must
be banked in 7 days before departure.
• Remaining outstanding balance must be fully paid 3 days before departure.
• Timings of the charter flights will be determined by MASwings.
• Passenger names must be loaded in the systems 3 days before the flight date.
• Final number of passengers per flight would be subject to payload restrictions.
• No changes to passenger name list at the check-in counter.

• Travel agent name
• Group name/ Company name
• Charter Flight Routing/ Date
• Timing of Charter Flight
• Aircraft Type
• Number of Pax
• Requestor Name
• Date of Travel
